Lovecul Takes Comiket 108 by Storm! Meet the Jacked One-Day Store Manager and More

Lovecul is a digital content download service specializing in 2D content for fans of TL/otome and BL works. 

On August 15 and 16, 2026, Lovecul made its Comiket debut with a booth in the Girls' Area at Comic Market 108!

To mark its first-ever Comiket appearance, the booth featured a variety of exciting activities and content, including exclusive giveaways and interactive events centered around the theme of "Muscle Enjoyers."

The Theme? "Muscle Enjoyers"! Meet Lovecul's Jacked One-Day Store Manager!

With muscle content being a huge hit among TL, BL, and other genres, Lovecul pulled out all the stops for the muscle enjoyers at C108!

Muscle influencer Takamasa stepped in as Lovecul's jacked one-day store manager, giving visitors the chance to meet him in person, shake hands, and snap photos together striking his signature muscle poses!

Visitors could also take part in the "Best of Muscle" vote and choose their favorite type of muscle! Four types were up for grabs: "Non-Muscle," "Slim Muscle," "Muscle," and "Mega Muscle." They grabbed stickers and placed it on their favorite type to cast a vote!

You could also scan the QR codes shown alongside the illustrations to jump straight to the corresponding work's information page. This includes works featured in the Lovecul Bookstore-style display, which showcased titles available through Lovecul's digital store.

More Muscle, More Fun! Three Special Features That Made the Booth Extra Special!

From limited-edition freebies for booth visitors to other fun surprises, Lovecul had three special features in store for C108 attendees! Here's a look at what was happening at the booth.

Please note that the novelty items were available in limited quantities and were distributed while supplies lasted each day.

Bath Salts for Everyone! No Purchase Necessary!

Bath salts were handed out free of charge around the booth, giving visitors a little something to take home with them!

I LOVE Doujin Neck Towel: A Follow & Repost Giveaway!

Visitors who followed the official Lovecul X account and reposted the designated post received an "I LOVE Doujin" neck towel! Those who were already following the account were eligible, too.

A super-cute neck towel just for following and reposting... What a treat! We hope everyone who received one has been putting it to good use wherever they go!

A Limited ¥300-Off Coupon for C108 Attendees!

Visitors who posted photos of the Lovecul booth or its merchandise on X with the designated hashtag could receive a limited-use ¥300-off coupon for the Lovecul online store, available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The ¥300-off coupon was a great chance to discover a new favorite - hopefully, some attendees found their next must-read!

Lovecul also had more special offers lined up as part of the "Summer Lovecul Fest," including select titles for just ¥10 through August 21 and 50% off select titles through September 7. Be sure to check those out, too!

A Message from Jacked Manager Takamasa!

To wrap up our interview, one-day store manager Takamasa had a message for everyone who stopped by the booth!

"If you're a fan of doujinshi, I hope you'll check out Lovecul! I'm going to keep doing my best to help even more people discover it. Thanks for your support!

(Looking at the muscle type vote) By the way, out of these four types, I personally think I'm just 'Muscle'... but people often tell me I'm 'Mega Muscle.' (laughs)"

With "Muscle Enjoyers" as its theme, the Lovecul booth brought plenty of energy and excitement to C108! The heat of summer was matched by the enthusiasm and muscle-powered spirit of the booth, making it a memorable stop for fans.

A Collaboration with the FANZA Booth

FANZA Doujin and FANZA Video also had a joint booth in South Halls 3 and 4. Visitors who posted photos of the respective booths or merchandise on X with the designated hashtags for Lovecul and FANZA Doujin were entered into a prize drawing to win points redeemable on Lovecul and various FANZA services at a later date.

FANZA Doujin Booth
The popular "Echi Echi Festival" was back again this year! Visitors could enjoy a variety of interactive festival-themed attractions, including limited-edition original merchandise available exclusively at the venue and a photo booth featuring official character Azuna Fuwa.

FANZA Video Booth
Making its first appearance at C108, the FANZA Video booth teamed up with the hit series Karami Zakari, which has sold more than 8 million copies. Along with a photo spot recreating Takashi's room from the series, the booth also hosted a special photo session featuring three actresses from the live-action adaptation.
