EPACKET SHIPPING SERVICE DISCONTINUATION NOTICE (06/16/2023)
Japan Post has announced the discontinuation of the ePacket shipping service. As such, it has been removed as a shipping option from our site.
Any existing ePacket orders that ship on or after October 1 2023 (JST) may be subject to the invoicing of additional shipping fees.
We deeply apologize for any inconvenience caused, and hope for your understanding. We are continuing to review shipping services with the aim of improving our store, and as such we hope for your ongoing support.

Due to the spread of COVID-19, Japan Post is currently warning of heavy delays for all shipping methods as well as airplane loading delays of up to three weeks in certain regions. Please see the Japan Post notice here for full details.
Japan Post is also not accepting packages heading to the following areas, and as such, shipping via EMS & ePacket is suspended until further notice:
