A Dolby Cinema version of "Violet Evergarden: The Movie" has been announced: it will start screening on November 15 2024 (Fri) at ten Dolby Cinema theaters across Japan.

Also, a bonus present exclusively for fans who go to see the Dolby Cinema version has been revealed: a re-printed commemorative replica ticket will be handed out to cinema-goers.

In order to play on the Dolby Vision projection system, the movie has been re-color graded in HDR, and given a clear and sharp finish via "FORS EX PICTURE*" upscaling technology.
