Originally a police officer under the new government, and an expert marksman (sniper.) He had been living in secret as a human, but, desperate to escape his fate as a Yasha, his sins began to pile up - and, on the verge of exile, he was saved by a phantom who he then joined. Insatiably sexual, he has slept with thousands, all genders alike. Any who turn amorous eyes his way and spend a night with him, he drains to death. He has contracted an unknown, incurable illness, and he knows he hasn't got much longer in this world. He is enjoying the time he has left in a rather pessimistic way, alongside the protagonist.
