Set on the European front during the One Year War, the conflict that serves as the backdrop for the first Gundam series, Mobile Suit Gundam (1979). Written by Gavin Hignight (Tekken: Bloodline, Transformers: Cyberverse, Star Wars Resistance). Directed by Erasmus Brosdau (Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness; Star Citizen, Ryse: Son of Rome, and the Crysis game series).

Story

In U.C. 0079, the Principality of Zeon declared its independence from the Earth Federation, plunging the two sides into war.

Thanks to the effectiveness of their new mobile suit, Zeon forces gained the upper hand in the early stages of the conflict. However, lacking the strength to fully conquer Earth, the war eventually reached a stalemate.

Then, eleven months after the outbreak of war, one of Zeon's bases in occupied Eastern Europe is captured by Federation forces.

Among the mixed battalion dispatched to retake the base was the Red Wolf Squadron, a mobile suit unit led by Solari, only recently descended from space. Their mission to reclaim the base begins...
